Role summary:
In the role of Digital Engagement Specialist, you will own and lead the digital communication for the current and potential customers including offers, news, benefits, service, among other pillars, to increase engagement and loyalty taking into account the life stage segmentation of the users to identify the best next action and provide relevant content trough the in-depth analysis of communication performance, user behavior and the life cycle of each product/category for personalization and optimization.
Co-manage the yearly CRM / promo plan execution in collaboration with local and HQ eCommerce teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out.
Act as the owner of the CRM platform and ensure the accurate execution of automated and ad hoc promotional campaigns with relevant and timely content.
Plan, manage & monitor CRM Campaigns, journeys, and automated communication: data flow, targeting, tagging, testing, standard process recommendations on frequency, content, optimization, personalization, etc.
Accurately integrate SMS, e-mail, push notification and other technologies into marketing campaigns to effectively combine offline and online communication channels via our CRM platform.
Development of the communication strategy by designing customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives with the respective delivery KPIs that serve business needs and maximize customers' lifetime value.
Design and optimizes existing and new automated & ad-hoc digital communication campaigns via our entire touchpoints with relevant and timely content per respective segment group.
Monitors digital campaigns' performance and works closely with digital agency and internal partners to properly test and optimize them, review, and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results.
Analysis and reporting of overall Digital engagement strategies generating insights that constantly feed the Next best action strategy and the other pillars of CRM.

Who we're looking for:
University Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communication or related field.
At least 3 years prior practical experience with CRM strategies, analysis of performance, A/B testing, digital marketing campaigns, segmentation, content curation, email marketing.
Knowledge of data analytics and ability to review and optimize digital campaigns performance, monitor, report and analyze KPIs and metrics to optimize performance.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., eCommerce, digital agency) to align on critical initiatives.
Strong understanding of standard methodologies for digital communication and campaign optimization.
Strong project management skills to co-manage annual CRM and promotional activity planning.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in leading critical initiatives and contributing to development of communication strategies.
