About us:
Stegra, is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning - our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what's next in store for us.

Digital Domain Manager - Enabling Plants
As the Digital Domain Manager for Enabling Plants, you will lead a talented team dedicated to developing and delivering the digital capabilities required for cutting-edge hydrogen and DRI manufacturing operations.
In addition to serving hydrogen and DRI production, your team will also work with digitalized asset management (including asset information and maintenance management), workforce safety processes, and providing solutions for Greenhouse Gas (GHG) traceability across the entire production chain.
As part of the Stegra Boden digital leadership team, you will collaborate with other digital domain managers to continuously improve and evolve Stegra's digital development processes, contributing to an innovative and efficient digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Digital Domain Leadership & Strategy:
Take overall responsibility for all digital implementations within the domain.
Drive the domain's digital technology strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.
Build and maintain a digital development roadmap that supports the prioritized business function roadmap in the respective areas.
Budget & Vendor Management:
Act as the budget owner for the domain's digital solutions.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Business Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the business function.
Understand business needs, prioritize initiatives, and enable cross-functional collaboration.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, maintain, and develop a high-performing digital development team.
Define team deliverables and ensure the team has the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
Create and implement a long-term plan for recruitment and development of team members.
People Management & Work Environment:
Foster a motivating and balanced work environment where team members understand the business impact of their contributions.
Provide continuous feedback, encourage personal growth, and support professional development.
Qualifications:
Proven understanding of business domains such as process industry, asset management, workforce safety, IT/OT integrations, and GHG traceability, with experience applying digital solutions in the heavy industry sector. The ideal candidate should also be able to be an individual contributor in one or several relevant fields within the digital domain.
Proven knowledge of digital product lifecycles, from concept to delivery, including the ability to define and prioritize roadmaps, handle backlogs, and execute sprint plans effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead, support, and guide digital developers and architects, foster a collaborative environment, and incorporate user feedback into product development.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital requirements and explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives and addressing resistance to change in traditional industrial environments.
Proven understanding of current digital technology trends and their applications within the heavy industry.
