hela Sverige We are looking for an Expert "Digital Cut Over Manager" who will support the Digital teams with coordination, reporting, guiding, leading and securing a successful Technical go live of SuccessFactors. It will also coordinate with the Cut over manager from business and the involved countries.
We have a large transformation program running, where the ambition is to deliver the transformation within the line. The purpose with this approach is to keep the holistic view on requirements, dependencies, targeted outcome and grow the knowledge and experience of the implementation within the teams. Our focus is to secure digital deliveries with quality, so a tight cooperation with stakeholders and digital teams is key.
The program starts to plan for the first cut over and the first launch. The cut over will be complex with many critical dependencies in regards to the digital landscape and the timing of activities.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
• Experience in running and leading Digital Cut over for large programs with many dependencies and many various stakeholders.
• Team player and a way to find solutions together with the digital teams, stakeholders,
• Clearly communicate the expectations to involved parties.
• Experience in HR Technology and experience in where the critical risks might be
• Keep many open actions running.

• Experience of leading the digital cut over in complex landscapes and programs
• Have a structured approach to identify dependencies and plan around them for a cut over purposes
• Clear way of communicating to all involved parties
