About the position as Digital Content Manager
Hello, structured mind! As a Digital Content Manager and a vital part of the marketing team, you will step right into the core of the brand NORMA. We believe you love coming up with new ideas for visual strategies - to make our content educating, inspiring and engaging.
Your main focus is to create content and schedule them - making sure the content plan always aligns with the hunting and shooting season. Your mission is to position the brand as well as spreading our deep knowledge about hunting and shooting. Your accurate, yet engaging content, will increasingly populate our website, social media channels, newsletters, and app. It's your KPI-driven mindset that will make you successful.
You will be based in Gothenburg but be prepared to travel to the factory in Åmotfors or the headquarter in Germany from time to time. You're used to taking projects from idea to launch, and you love the moment when you check something off your to-do list. Have you worked in an international environment before? who have a winning mindset in everything you take on, and you love to get your head around new topics. Maybe you are a hunter yourself, or have a dedicated passion for the outdoors?
We believe you are structured and like to plan to make sure you never miss an important day. You are a positive person who likes the idea of reaching goals together with your team, and you are eager to get things done. When challenges come your way, you do not let them overwhelm you. Instead, you are calm and look at what you can start with and take one step at a time.
You do not mind when things are not always going your way - that only means you need to gear up and tweak things around to get it 100% right. Have you always wanted to get your hunting license? Join us, and that dream of yours may become a reality.
Our six wishes:
Experience in producing SEO optimized content, and book external parts (copy, photographer, videographer etc.) to help you
Familiar with Adobe (focus on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Swedish and English
You have a passion for the outdoors, especially when it comes to hunting and/or shooting
You are experienced in Google Analytics and have a general understanding of KPI:s for digital media to learn and actively apply improvements fast
Creative skills to grow brand presence in social media channels
