Kvalifikationer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, system development or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience in project management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and external agencies.
• Fluent in English in speech and writing.
• Experience in business law and the home improvement industry is a plus.

Job Description
To our client we are now looking for a Digital Consumer Journey Manager! In the role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end digital journey of customers across digital channels and in relation to paid activities across the EPAC markets. This role will be pivotal in driving the overall digital marketing strategy for the company and ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience for consumers.

Examples of Key Responsibilities:
• Align with and co-develop a comprehensive digital consumer strategy that supports the overall business objectives of the company.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end digital journey of consumers across all digital channels, including website, social media, email, and mobile applications such as our AMC app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, e-commerce, and customer service to ensure alignment and consistency in the digital customer journey.
• Utilize data through Google Analytics, Power BI and other relevant tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the digital journey and make recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and prioritize new digital initiatives and features that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

Salary
Salary as agreed.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2023-06-11 and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-11-12 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client. You can work either from Stockholm or Huskvarna.
