Role Description
As Digital Consumer Experience manager, your responsibility is to ensure that Volvo Penta continuously has a strong voice in current and future digital channels.
You will identify, develop and drive consistent and relevant communication towards the several stakeholders within the marine and industrial segments where Volvo Penta is operating.
You will analyze business needs and with a creative mind, plan, execute and follow-up effective digital communication activities in line with our global communication strategy.
Located in Gothenburg, Sweden, you will report to the SVP of Volvo Penta Brand, Communication and Marketing.

Responsibilities
• Create and implement a global Volvo Penta social media Strategy
• Coordinate Volvo Penta's campaigns, Social Media community management and content calendar
• Map the digital touch-points and the overall customer journey
• Be experienced within digital transformation and of course customer focused
• Ensure e-com knowledge and dare to challenge the business networks

Who are you?
Most important - you are a challenger with ability to drive, energize and get things done. You have a digital marketing background and digital transformation experience.

You possess skills within these areas:
• Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
• Social media usage for brand awareness
• SEO and web traffic metrics understanding
• Target audience identification ability and preferences to build relevant content
• Web design and publishing familiarity
• Excellent multitasking skills
• A trusted and respected communication advisor routinely sought for advice
• Fluency in written and spoken English - Swedish and other languages is regarded as a merit
