We want to be a partner for our internal business stakeholders and help them shape their Mobile & XR strategy. We aim to support them with assessing the business value of the capabilities of Mobile & XR Technologies, by understanding the Mobile & XR trends and capabilities, performing Proofs of Value, and performing benchmarking.
Your Mission:
As a Mobile & XR Digital Consultant, your mission will be to enable and drive adoption and usage of Mobile & XR Technologies in the Volvo Group.
You will be able to analyze and develop scenarios and proposals on how to address these challenges and actively drive a shift in mindset among stakeholders, to safeguard a successful result.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide added value to the organization, through my expertise in Mobile & XR Technologies
Drive change initiatives from a business- or human perspective
Support the business strategy by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for transformation and change
Create stakeholder awareness and desire to transformation and change
Lead actions in order to get organizations, teams and individuals reaching right level of knowledge and ability, committed to transformation and change
Opportunity Description:
Work in an environment focused on cross functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation with our global network of people within Digital & IT
Drive discussions with relevant stakeholders to identify areas of transformation and to sustain, improve and further develop the roadmap and strategy.
Perform key roles based on business need in global initiatives.
Manage all aspects of solution management and lifecycle for selected solutions.
Be a mentor to others in digital transformation and embrace of new ways of working.
Mindset and Competence:
You have an IT background, are willing to wear many hats, and know how to effectively utilize Information Technology to develop the business.
You have experience with agile methodologies.
You have failed and overcome difficulties and learned from mistakes.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, fond of technology, and have a "make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude.
You have demonstrated a growth and learning mindset in yourself and as an example to others.
