Who you are
You enjoy all aspects of developing a company's global online presence for the Marine division. You have a good understanding of what makes good business sense and act accordingly.
You prefer to work in an agile manner, being hands-on, testing what works, acknowledging what does not, then adjust and redo.
You are self-driven, outgoing and a team player!
About the job
This is a new role and you will, with your competence and expertise, help develop the role, as we travel the road of improving Alfa Laval's online presence and ways of working.
The role is both hands-on and tactical, high and low, and always in close cooperation with - and as an advisor to - several stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
Your initial focus will be on digital conversation and engagement of the Marine Division offers. Moving forward, you will plan and implement online communications activities, monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and create impact.
What you know
You are a whizz at digital communications and online presence: CMS, SEO, SEM, SoMe, Analytics and Lead generation etc.
You are fluent in English, and you have a bachelor's degree plus several years' experience working with online communications.
Be open, organized and able to create an inspiring and motivating climate.
Eager to learn quickly when facing new problems, analyzing areas for improvements and quickly adapt to changes.
