Electrolux Corporate Communications department is hiring a Digital Communications Specialist, with a focus on driving change management in and about our global internal communications tools. The primary objective is to support usage of eGate, Electrolux global intranet, and related digital productivity tools, through trainings and continuous development of learning assets.
The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for driving new ways of working within Corporate Communications and as needed providing support to other parts of the Group in how to efficiently collaborate and communicate through our digital productivity tools.
Main activities
• Be the community moderator of eGate and its tools, driving activation and providing support and guidance to the business on how to be more productive online.
• Create training and learning materials for editors and general users.
• Organize webinars and on site trainings.
• Align with IT and vendors about the operational development and support of eGate.
• Manage communication campaigns for new functionalities.
• Manage key Corporate Communications workspaces.
• Support other projects in Corporate Communications.
To be successful in the role you have:
• A university degree or similar in relevant areas of communication
• Knowledge about Sharepoint and O365 tools, and an active interest to learn more
• A pedagogical approach to trainings and producing learning materials
• Training and skills in creating presentations, visual assets and videos
• Experience in working with content management systems
• A good ability to collaborate cross-functionally and understand the requirements of internal stakeholders as well as everyday users of our systems
• International experience
