Are you interested in being part of our digital success? Ericsson has identified 10 digital capabilities which will significantly enhance our customers' experience and our end to end flow efficiency. For each digital capability, we are establishing dedicated cross-functional teams - known as Lighthouses - which will work in an agile, iterative way to develop and deploy new capabilities using a minimum-viable product approach. Supporting our digital transformation, Ericsson is establishing a Digital Center with pools of key digital competences, essential to our transformation work.
We are looking for determined and passionate business analysts to support digital capability development in our business functions, supporting our overall transformation goals at Ericsson. This includes working with the digital transformation office and key stakeholder groups in order to ensure efficient resourcing of our transformation initiatives as well as to support the definition, development, delivery and follow up on the business impact of capability development initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of Digital Transformation in our industry, experience from working in a project-based organization as well agile ways of working. Experience from working with capability development and change management is a merit.
The position is based in Sweden, reports directly to Head of Digital Center in Ericsson's Digital Transformation Office.
Detailed responsibilities
Work with key stakeholders to forecast resource needs for our transformation initiatives
Work with business line leaders and project leaders to identify and staff resources in a timely manner
Create transparency for management regarding current and future staffing situation
Support analysis of business capability development needs related to our digital/company transformation goals
Support development of training content, supporting a blended learning experience for target audiences
Work with agile coach community to document and release updated versions of Digital Transformation Playbook
Support Lighthouse projects with learning activities related to ways of working
Support delivery of Agile Masterclasses to key stakeholders/leaders
Schedule, track and follow up on business impact of capability development initiatives
General Qualifications
University degree/MBA in Business or Engineering / ICT
Great profiency in working with Powerpoint, Excel and Ericsson Digital Workspace
Excellent ability to network and interact at all levels in the Ericsson organization
Vast experience in customer and stakeholder management in complex and diverse business environment
Good understanding of the market, customers and their challenges/opportunities
Extensive knowledge of Ericsson organization and ways of working
Flawless written english
Extra Merit Qualifications
Deep Understanding of Ericsson IT organization and its ways of working
Experience from developing executive presentations/content
Experience from training content /marketing material development
Experience in Agile ways of working
