The Distribution & Sales Business Division is responsible for the retail energy market and is the face of Vattenfall seen by our customers. We sell electricity, gas, heat and some energy-related services to 7.5 million customers. The business operations are organised in five Business Units -Sales B2C, Sales B2B, Heat, Distribution and Energy Related Services - and one Service Unit - Customer Service. Within the different units we have more than 15,000 employees and operate today in seven different countries: Sweden, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany and Norway.

The department Sales Channel, within Nordic Sales Operations B2C, is responsible for the sales in all channels in the Nordic. We sell towards new as well as our 1.3 million existing residential and SME customers. We run and manage sales campaigns in the channels telemarketing, customer service and digital channels. Within our responsibility are managing suppliers and partners as well as developing new sales channels and cooperation's.

Job Description
• Developing effective costumer oriented sales and service solutions in the e-channels.
• Initiate and implement new meeting spots for sales and customer service via Internet, for example social media, in order to integrate our different customer groups.
• Work with different initiatives to improve customer interface on the Internet.
• Create business cases for different investment and cost scenarios
• Find and develop new sales channels, develop and administrate sale flows on the Internet, webshop.
• Find and develop synergies between traditional sales channels and the internet

Qualifications
• University degree within suitable area
• At least 3-5 years experience from sales and marketing from e-commerce
• You are highly skilled in at least two of the following languages, Swedish, Finnish and/ or English
• You can start to contribute from day one with your front edge competence within sales and marketing in digital channels in sales related contexts.
• You are flexible and willing to travel
• Previous experience as a project leader is a qualification

You have a strong drive and a strong will to reach set targets. Naturally you like an environment with a lot of contacts areas. You like to develop new things and see possibilities where others see obstacles.

The position is located in Stockholm or Helsinki.
