At the Self Service Solutions department, we work to manage and develop global digital services aiming to enable our users, both customers and internal stakeholders, to find and utilize the Seco product portfolio in the best possible ways. Our future mission is to increase availability of digital channels and platforms and create sales opportunities based on understanding the market and our customers' demands and offering self-service solutions. We are now looking for a Digital Business Solution Analyst for Fagersta and we offer a truly global environment, with many exciting interactions and great possibilities for shaping your role. Key performance areas
As a Digital Business Solution Analyst, you are responsible for collecting digital data and setting up methods and analytical tools in order to investigate trends and analyze the requirements and needs of the market and our customers. Using the information you find, you collaborate with Solution Owners in the department to develop our web channel by implementing new functions and enabling the best possible solutions. You analyze big data generated from web platforms, act as a change agent and liaise with key stakeholders within sales and product management to support decision-making and increase sales opportunities. You also provide periodical reports to our solution owners covering performance, market trends, possible improvements and deviations.
Travel is included in this position.

Recruitment Specialist
Michael Ings
We are looking for someone with a degree in IT or another relevant field. You have solid experience from working with IT solutions from a sales perspective, especially web solutions and analytics tools, and you are used to working with development and managing requirements from customers. Competence in project and stakeholder management is important for this position, and you have solid business understanding, while knowledge of the Seco product portfolio is advantageous. We also consider experience from working with Scrum and knowledge of ClikView and ClikSense a plus. As we operate in an international environment, you need to be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
