hela Sverige We are looking for a Digital Business Manager for a consultant assignment starting asap until end of 2016. We believe you have a great experience in Digital marketing and demonstrated ability to think broadly and innovate around digital marketing to drive marketing and sales. You have proven ability with Digital Marketing and digital analytics, proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed and widely-dispersed organization, preferable on a Nordic level and an excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skill.
Good Project management's skills and skills in informal leadership is a requirement.
Support, manage and evaluate projects within the digital area to provide business solutions and supporting tools: Give the project team support and directions. Maintain control of progress, quality and budget. Initiate pilot projects to ensure that digital tools help increase business results. Support the commercial organization by expertise and help share best practice. Proactively Advice/give guidance to operations on digital commercialization where relevant based to fully leverage business opportunities.
Major accountabilities Be a creative inspiration to develop digital marketing- and sales solutions Support digital projects with expertise from start-up to completion. Help in planning and organizing projects, evaluate internal and/or external resources needed to accomplish and drive project tasks. Be responsible for achieving the project objectives and create relevant KPIs. Support in manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables. Secure maintenance and evaluation of existing digital solutions Work cross boarder on a Nordic level to maximize effectiveness and share best practice Work with global digital team to ensure the Nordic countries leverage on existing and coming initiatives Proactively advice/give guidance to operations on digital where relevant based to fully leverage business opportunities. Ensure compliance according to national- and company regulations and standards
Key performance indicators/measures of success Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction, different KPIs for each project. Lead the assigned project personnel to jointly achieve a high customer satisfaction Sales of relevant brands (in scope for digital projects) - defined in objectives Internal and external customer satisfaction
Ideal background
We believe you have a University degree in economics, Business and/or Digital marketing. You are fluency in English and preferably fluency in Swedish.
