Travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and Lead the Digital Reimagination strategy for our customers working with the rest of the TCS Digital Enterprise organization in the Nordic region
• Present Digital Reimagination strategic recommendations
• Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership on Digital initiatives to customers.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the Sales Head and execute business development, offering positioning and sales strategies in the Digital Space
• Manage the sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation, deal signing and follow up.
• Work in close collaboration presales team & delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs.
• Support the team's market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing and product development staff.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
• Work collaboratively across organizations to help secure commitment for cross-company efforts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• 8-10 years of experience
• BTech and MBA in Computer Science from Tier 1 College
Should be able to write and communicate in English
• Excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership.
• Have technical competence in Digital Solution in the areas of Big Data, Mobility, Social and Cloud to understand and sell solutions.
• Should be able to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
