As Digital Business Architect you will be part of a team, leading and coordinating the digital transformation of Husqvarna Group and establish a group common Digital Platform, this to deliver future digital product & data services to our stakeholders.
Digital Business Architecture Team is part of Group Technology Office, our CTO organization. The team focus is digital product and service used by end-customers. We work in close collaboration with technology management, innovation as well as our divisions. We are focusing on agile architecture with strong focus on cloud, therefor the relation to co-located development & operations (DevOps) teams is essential. Since technology innovation and future opportunities is a foundation for Group Technology Office, the team continuously work on technology outlooks and future proof of concepts. In this position you have opportunities to search knowledge with leading vendors, analytic companies as well as through education. External networking with peers and academies will continuously be part of the role. If interest, there is opportunity for postgraduate position as a combination with this position.
Responsibilities include:
• Act as Lead business architect to scope and design digital services
• Act as Product Owner for digital services as part of the digital Platform
• Act as eco-system architect to explore adjacent business sectors to design digital customer services, example of ecosystem; Forestry, Construction, residential Garden
• Coordinate group digital product and service portfolio
• Envision our stakeholders with digital industry trends & support them to business strategy
• Perform Technology Outlooks, PoCs & pre-studies in various area digital domains
Location for this position; Huskvarna or Stockholm, Sweden
Who you are
We believe you are an experienced software architect or strategist with strong system thinking capacity and are passionate for digital solutions. You have software development and architecture background, preferable with experience in cloud platforms and agile methods. You have great communication skills and love to collaborate and share experience. You have an education in relevant area, this on Master level
Other merits:
• You are eager to learn and constantly in search for new knowledge and experience, especially in the area of Digital Transformation.
• Experience in Product Ownership and portfolio management is beneficial
• Experience in IoT and Connectivity is beneficial
• Experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence is beneficial
• Experience to work internationally
• English skills is required and Swedish is beneficial
We believe 3-5 years of experience is a minimum from relevant industries to be able to understand, facilitate and translate business requirements.
