We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in Stockholm as Transformation Project Manager Nordics. You will be responsible for a selection of strategic projects including the implementation of digital tools and ERP system across the Nordics region, including Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The role includes designing, executing and managing strategic roadmaps and plans in the most cost efficient way. The role will be interacting with all lines of business and levels of the organization, from strategic topics to highly operational and technical details.
Your responsibilities
• Be responsible for management of implementation of digital tools and ERP systems within Nordic countries, ensuring a coordinated approach across the whole business in particular with the Operations, HR and Finance functions.
• Align closely with central operating unit project managers and implementation teams to ensure that deadlines are met, adequate resources are planned and the project is completed on budget.
• Plan the different steps in implementation through the creation of a detailed country transition project plan based on global template.
• Define and develop regional and local project plans, identify interdependencies and critical paths, lead on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate new users, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with users about concerns.
• Perform continuous management of scope, change, cost, time and quality as well as management of in-country project resources.
• Leverage best practice in ERP implementation and other transformation initiatives, including initiation, design, testing, training, deployment and ensure robust support organizations.
• Scope, plan, mobilize, execute and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Your profile
• Strong general process, business, system support and transformation background.
• Expertise in Visma Business ERP system, Microsoft Azure and SAP ERP systems.
• Proven track record of operational experience in order to identify gaps and business and IT processes.
• Very good understanding and ability to manage and transform data.
• Previous program management experience and simultaneous management of multiple implementation projects across varying organizational disciplines/functions.
• Persistent and enthusiastic problem solver with strong strategic and operational transformation and project management skills.
• In addition to local language, fluency in English is mandatory.
• Good presentation skills with ability to interact with all levels within the company, from shop-floor to board level.
• Available for travel across the Nordics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of management experience, preferably gained in a global project management, performance/continuous improvement or consulting role
