On behalf of our client we are looking for a Digital Analyst who will:
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses that provide insights into our travelers' behavior and enable teams to work effectively and autonomously with data and insights
• Collect, organize, and visualize data from multiple platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM, PowerBI etc.
• Identify product improvement opportunities, define experiments and drive A/B-testing to validate hypotheses
• Develop frameworks, KPIs and models for how to assess user engagement and business growth
• Build dashboards, reports and presentations and provide data as services
• Guide and train junior team members

Qualifications
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the role as a Digital Analyst.
• You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• You have hands-on experience of data processing, visualization and dashboarding.
• You have great experience of Google Analytics or GA4.
• You have great experience of A/B testing and feature flag tools.
• You have great experience of SQL, or similar, to build data sets for analytical purposes.
• You have great experience of BiqQuery and/or similar tools.
• You have great CRM experience, preferably in Salesforce.
• You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start asap and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-05-13 with possibility of extension.
