Work in Copenhagen.
We are looking for a recently graduated digital advocate, who's fluent in both Danish and Swedish that will join our team in Scandinavia. Reporting to the Scandinavian Marketing & Digital Coordinator, you will coordinate all digital activities of the brand on the Danish & Swedish markets. The Digital advocate will help build and develop brand awareness on all digital platforms by working closely with the Digital Media Manager Europe based in Paris.
Benefit sells fun and are exclusively sold in Sephora! We are the most entertaining lifestyle beauty brand with our San Francisco roots, bold and girly attitude and quick-fix-instant-beauty solutions. Our motto.... laughter is the best cosmetic!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat) from brainstorming to content creation & copywriting to publishing
DIGITAL INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT
• Develop, grow and maintain relationships with top vloggers/bloggers/digital journalists resulting in increased quality placements & exposure.
• Coordinate blogger / vloggers events
CRM AND DIGITAL MEDIA
• Manage brand content site launch & animation (translations, testing, reviews)
• Develop the emailing database
• Develop and support media campaigns
E-RETAILER
• Maximize brand visibility on e-retailer's website & social networks
• Provide all product information and assets according to Benefit's layouts
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital or PR
• Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (creative visual eye, hashtags, tracked links, etc.)
• Excellent writing & grammar skills in Danish, Swedish, and English with a high attention to detail & quality
• Strong organization skills; self-directed and works effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
Technology & Software Knowledge
• Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat & YouTube platforms
• Proficient in Photoshop or other Adobe programs
• Knowledge of analytics platforms of Facebook/Twitter/Youtube is a plus
