About the role
As a strategy consultant within the Digital Advisory function at Nexer, you will be given great responsibility and opportunities. You will play a key role in our work to develop both our customers and our business.
You will develop and work in close partnerships with our customers to develop solid digital strategies based on visionary business ideas, evaluate digital capabilities, define development needs and develop roadmaps, drive value-creating change - all to ensure that our customers are one step ahead.
To support you, you will have access to our expertise in Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing & Commerce, Digital Enterprise, Product & Service Innovation, Data & Artificial Intelligence, IT / OT Convergence and everything that a "Promising Future" requires of strategy, technology and communication.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we expect that you have a broad knowledge in the digitalization field and how to create business value for customers. You should have experience from acting as an advisor to customers in digitalization and having delivered business and customer value in assignments for client top management.
You are comfortable in taking on a leadership role in a team of experts, working together to drive business success. You maneuver with ease across different organizational levels, always with a strategic mindset but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig in wherever necessary.
We are looking for you who have:
• Relevant university degree as master of science/business, data/computer science or equivalent
• Experience from consulting, business development, operational development, strategy development and transformation management linked to digitalization
• Experience from delivering business and customer value for a number of industries
• Experience from the consulting industry with a consultative toolbox (perform workshops, develop presentation material / decision material / business case, etc.)
• Experience of structuring assignments and developing a plan that brings the customer to its target position
• The ability to handle a lot of information, analyze and view a holistic perspective
• The ability to create and maintain customer relationships at different levels
• Knowledge / experience from several different digitalization areas such as digital strategies, digital platforms / architecture, data management, customer experience, automation, digital business models, etc.
• Good leadership qualities and high social ability
• Communication skills both written and oral
• Good language skills in Swedish and English
Previous experience within sales is considered a merit.
