As a Digital Advisor, you will be joining an unit that is working with strategic business development and driving digital transformation: leveraging new technologies and digitalization concepts to support and drive business efficiency. The target is to develop competitive advantage by making full use of digitalization opportunities: both optimizing current business and increasingly enabling new business models.

In this role you will be supporting and collaborating with all business divisions and functions in their digital agenda. Digital Advisor will be providing key insights and intelligence from digital market trends and new business concepts but at the same time ensuring the organization readiness for the transformation:

• Bringing in market insights, intelligence and identifying new digitalization opportunities in existing or new business areas.

• Providing digital advisory services to internal stakeholders.

• Supporting the relevant business divisions and group functions in refining their digital vision and approach.

• Managing key digitalization related study projects.

As Digital Advisor you will be:

• Working closely with the management of business operations, customer experience, supply chain and new business areas and supporting their development on respective vision and roadmap.

• Facilitating and coordinating the project portfolio related to digital transformation.

• Facilitating business workshops with respect to certain digital topics and vision.

• Providing outside-in intelligence on all digitalization related trends and topics in different business areas.

• Managing selected projects.'

In this role you should have:

• Solid understanding of and operational experience in business project management.

• Strong business analytical skills combined with digitalization and Industry 4.0 knowledge and expertise.

• Creative and strong ability to understand & translate customer needs into business cases.

• Strong stakeholder management and thought leadership skills.

• Hands on approach with "Let's do it" attitude

• Structured and systematic approach

• Strong business acumen and sense for customers

• Ability to work in international teams

• Ability to travel frequently

• Self-motivated and independent

• Good business English

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry and pulp and paper industry are considered as a plus.

This role is completely new one in the organization and the work will start with 12 months consultant role with a possibility for an extension. The working location can be either Helsinki or Stockholm. The position will be filled as soon as possible and starting date is negotiable but January 2019 by latest.
