About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a European tech company that is growing strongly and has ambitious plans for future development. We now require a skilled Digital Acquisition Manager capable of helping drive future growth and success.
It is a key role within the Global Marketing function with a high level of responsibility. You will own the digital acquisition strategy and execution, for multiple markets.
You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely together with the marketing team. You will need to have, or be willing to learn, good coaching skills to be able to support and train the team of local marketeers in tactics and execution of Paid Search and Paid Social Media.
Ensuring the overarching paid ad strategy is implemented effectively, in cooperation with the marketing team and stakeholders.
Support the Director of Digital Marketing, in producing the overall digital strategy.
Ensure acquisition targets for all digital platforms are met within the agreed budget requirements.
Management of PPC agency on some markets. Coaching local marketeers on others. And on some markets execute the day-to-day tasks yourself.
Support the team with Social Media Tactics and reporting, analysing and interpreting the data provided to drive improvements in the performance of social content.
Working with Reporting & Analytics to develop, refine and deliver regular reporting, identifying and influencing the correct metrics.
Skills
Proficient in the Google marketing tech stack, like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Proficient in SoMe Ad platforms like Facebook and Linkedin
A good understanding of how SEM fits into the wider area of digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like excel
Being proficient in, or willing to learn, dashboard tools like Google Data studio
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
Experience
Proven 3+ years of experience as a SEM Manager or Specialist
