Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers ? helping them deliver better results everyday.

We are now looking for a Customer Intelligence Support.

This role aims to support on delivering advance analysis, intelligence and insight reports to DHL Supply Chain's sales community.

General Accountabilities:

• Support on the monthly production of the Global Executive Sales Report
• Support on the development of customer and sector reports by using tools such as Business Objects and Essbase
Maintain standard reporting structure and implement changes if required
• Maintain and further develop customer reports that combines different systems and data sources (360 Reporting)
• Consolidate best practices and share among regional and sector teams
• Support on the management of customer master data across different systems within DHL Supply Chain
• Regularly review master customer data and take appropriate actions to maintain and improve quality
• Perform customer intelligence by extensive use of search engines, industry analysis, etc

Your key relationships would be:

The Global Sales & Marketing team
The Business Intelligence - Finance team
The Global Sector teams

Essential qualifications:

• University degree in business, economics, finance or accounting
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Experience with database management
• Ability to work independently and in a team with others
• Fluent in English

Desirable qualifications:

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects, Essbase
• Workexperience in the area

You should be a proactive and efficent person who has a flexibel approach and handles stress well. You have a customer and service mind orientation and likes having responsibility.

To be able to fit in this role you also need to have a sympathetic attitud and be well structured and orderly.

This is a temporary employment for about 6 months with chance to extent. It will be located at our Nordic Head Office in Solna, Stockholm.
