Operations Process & Performance Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Process & Performance Specialist for our unit in Jönköping (Torsvik) at Tahevägen 151.The position is initially a trial employment and is covered by the civil service agreement.

The Operations Process & Performance Specialist reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for the Operational Performance reporting cycles, discussions and converting reporting and data measures into cost reductions and increased efficiency, while supporting the functions with in-depth analysis to meet products/ services standards and exceed quality standards in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies. Operations Process & Performance Specialist works in close cooperation with the other work streams (i.e. IT, Engineering, BD, Ops Excellence) during the project phase and the ramp-up phase. Deliver and Improve and support the operational team during implementation projects.

Main accountabilities:
* Operational implementation of the new and old customer (contracts) according to the agreed BCA to achieve positive start-up performance.
* Act as the daily operational contact person for Operation and the Project Manager within Ops excellence and IT
* Lead data Analysis
* KPI Management
* Maintain a close customer relationship and act as a general operational point of contact for the customer during implementation and new processes. Participates in project team meetings to report and discuss work in progress and findings.
* Lead /support (depending on size/complexity) the Operations workstream of the project and define and lead implementation work plan/schedule, define/execute tasks, complete deliverables, coordinate staffing, and monitor and report results.
* Ensure the standardization principles are in place.
* Together with Risk Management, identify risks and implements risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
* Initiate Continuous Improvement projects
* Acceptance Tests (UAT)
* In the final project, the stadium ensures a smooth handover to the regular business when Site-manager/Contract Operations Manager takes over as running business.
* Understand the customer's needs and drive improvements to develop the customer's processes, e.g. stock optimization, fill rates, customer flow to traders, IT solutions.

Primary accountabilities during non-project:
* Create KPI Dashboards for the site
* Support site to develop the resource management processes
* Be a support to the site with ABC analysis and train the local team in how to do the ABC analyzes
* Process mapping/process set-up
* Be part of all new sales projects
* Support site to do layout changes
* Be part of AD projects

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree/experience level in Operations Management
* Broad experience in set-up and leading (large) operational teams
* Proven track record in achieving successful logistics operations
* Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, Visio
* Good knowledge of Blue Yonder
* Inspiring, charismatic, and target-driven people manager
* Occasionally flexible in irregular working hours
* Good knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools
* Strong communicating skills
* Self-driven and take ownership
