We want our team to grow and to achieve this goal we need you to take the role as a Cluster Manager in our R&D department. You will be responsible for a cluster (product). The cluster consist of developers, tester and product owners around 20 people. Since your team will be composed of high class experts in programming, testers we require that you are well informed in this field of expertise to be able to contribute to discussions related to the area in question. Our development department is structured as multiple small start-ups and you will be responsible for that and that the employees are happy and satisfied with what they are doing. We are a fast paced organization with a strong commitment to quality and agile methodologies.

• Proven experience of management in a fast growing company
• Experience in programming in pure agile development environment (Kanban, Scrum, XP etc.)

• Experience of leading people. You are the type of leader who with easiness get people to follow- and look up to you
