hela Sverige As a DevOps Platform Engineer, you will make everyday a little easier for ICAs development teams!
ICA Gruppen works with solutions and services for ICAs entire organization. One of our initiatives have been to establish DevOps, as a way of working and with centralized abilities, since we believe it is an important piece in our continuous digitalization. Your team, Continuous Delivery Center, are responsible for developing ICAs DevOps toolchain. Here you will have the opportunity to grow into a role with high self-leadership, in an agile team where customer value is a keyword. We continuously adapt our DevOps toolchain after existing and future requirements. Today it consists of Gitlab, Elastic Search, Jenkins, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube, and Ansible Tower.

Your Challenge
An ordinary week consists of coding, automations, problem solving, cross-functional work, support, and knowledge-sharing to find the best solutions for the 40-something teams that use our toolchain. Our goal is to make sure our toolchain is the obvious choice for our developers, regardless if they are located in ICAs data center or various cloud solutions. Together with the team, you are responsible that our toolchain remains stable, accessible, and meets business requirements as well as share knowledge with your team and our developers.
The Team and Work Place
The team today consists of professional and committed colleagues who collaborate daily with the mindset of working together to ensure knowledge transfer, high quality, and transparency in all technical decisions. Your future manager, Carolin, is keen on making sure you can work without blockers and allows the team to be the driving force in technical decisions.
We use a flexible working arrangement and combine working from home as well as at the office. Our newly built office is located in Solna.
About You
You have an ability to work with a broader perspective, while keeping your closest team in mind. You strive to create customer value while solving technical challenges and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others while also keeping an open mind to what others could teach you. You don 't shy away from responsibility and taking initiatives to create value for the business.
Technically, we expect you to have prior experience of DevOps, preferably in a hybrid environment to understand the challenges with on-prem and cloud. Knowledge on CI/CD-tools, Azure and software development will come in handy at ICA. It is meritorious with experience in infrastructure with a focus on Linux / Windows as well as Github Actions, Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
