• Have a background in development so that you understand the challenges your team will face
• Have experience with tools such as AWS, Git, Terraform and Jenkins
• Have set up and operated services by measuring and monitoring availability and performance
• Are comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
• Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Get a kick out of growing people and boosting employee spirit
• Always think about Security when building or running solutions
As DevOps Manager at DigitalRoute,
You will lead our global DevOps team and take responsibility for the operational backlog, AWS infrastructure setup and L3 support
• Coach your employees and ensure that they all have individual growth plans that are aligned with their passions and our direction as a company
• Work proactively with product mgmt., product architects and the regional delivery teams to be able to plan and distribute the teams work in a structured way
• Create and deliver on DevOps specific KPIs
• Highlight and be communicative around interfaces and work environments that doesn't work in a fruitful way
• Be part and in some cases own the creation of requirements against other teams as Product, Sales, Delivery etc.
• Participate and represent DevOps and Operations in different internal board, forums and meetings
• Drive projects to create and improve necessary supporting systems and tools
• Follow up and secure that production errors and improvements gets handle and implemented
• Make requirements for further development of the frameworks test, deploy, build etc.
• Owner of monitoring tool setup and way of working
• Do administrative tasks such as time reporting and salary setting etc.
