Axiell is recruiting a DevOps engineer to the group's headquarter in Lund. The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within three months. Please apply as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a DevOps engineer with 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role.

The Group IT team is responsible for delivering hosted services to our customers worldwide. In this position you will be a part of Group IT and work closely with R&D.

You have experience with all aspects of administrating larger Linux deployments. We run environments with heavy focus on Open Source tools for things like monitoring, backup and deployment - therefore you will fit best with us if you have real hands-on experience with popular Open Source tools used in a "system administration" setting. You will join a professional and dedicated team of 11 people in Group IT, including a team of other Linux professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience as DevOps engineer with all aspects of administrating larger Linux deployments and working with Open Source tools.

Fluency in speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for the position. If you also handle Swedish would be an advantage.

It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information System, Computer Science or in Computer Engineering.

Preferred technical skills for the position:
• Several years of experience in similar roles
• Kubernetes configuration and management
• Scripting
• Docker
• Basic Networking
• Gitlab pipelines in support of Continuous Deployment
• Continous Integration

Desirable skills:
• Strong Linux Admin skills - preferably multiple Distributions (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu/Debian etc.)
• Proficiency with an orchestration framework (Puppet, ansible, chef etc.)
• KVM know-how
• FluxCD
• Linkerd
• Fluentbit
• Canary Deployment
• Testing pipelines
• Cypress testing environment

Preferred personal characteristics:
• Organized, task oriented, and service minded
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in work groups or teams
• Desire to learn and apply new technologies
• Seeks collaborative solutions and applies best practices
