In the Customer Analytics NL, we are looking for an enthusiast DevOps Data Engineer who can support our DevOps team on running the daily operation of our newly created core data platform on Azure. After an extensive project, we are going live with the new platform in batches. For that time, the team needs additional hands to provide a smooth go-live. As a DevOps Data Engineer, you will start your day with checking the health of the platform and resolve any issues in data refreshes or data products with developers before you go over to your tasks on analyzing weakness and improving the platform. By doing that, you make the platform more reliable and reduce the maintenance efforts ever day a little bit more. In that role, you will interact with the platform manager responsible for the operation of the platform, solution designers, data engineers, BI developers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts from various Scrum teams and be the interacting point of contact. Tasks: * Administrate and operate central data platform including planning, installation, upgrade and decommission of components * Configure new components to be included in the release pipeline through Dev, Test, and Prod * Own, build and develop release pipelines for the platform * Be the operational partner of the scrum teams * Coordinate incident recovery, implementation of changes and deployments, evaluate problems, optimize and tune system landscapes * Own the operations of the platform * Support international projects, improvement and automation of operational routines
