The Role
As a DevOps Engineer at CheckProof, a role awaits where you get to develop our product/service. You'll be a part of a global growing scale-up that changes life for thousands of front-line workers in modern technologies in a fast-developing industry. You'll take part of an amazing team of talented developers that implement the latest technologies and methodologies. Your main responsibility will be to identify Infrastructure components to support product needs. You will work closely with CheckProof's tech and development team.
Main tasks:
• Implement best practices and new tools as they become available
• Monitor systems for issues or attacks
• Develop and maintain our internal projects and systems
• Work together with the team to improve system performance and stability
• Assist and support development teams on continuous integrations and delivery
• Support/lead rollouts and deployments, off-hours
• Ensure system components updated status
• Participate in daily standup meeting with the team
• Interact with team to support development tasks
• Interact with QA for automation processes
• Meet the PO for non-functional requirements
• Monitor and report system metrics and stability

The You?
We believe that you have 5 years experience in the field and relevant education within IT or DevOps. To succeed in this role, you have deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Scalable Applications and have an interest in tech and a desire to develop in the field. It is an advantage if you have experience in AWS, PHP Backend, Java BE, FE Ionic Hybrid application and rolling out mid/large applications in cluster based environments. A plus if you have worked with Leading Operations, and monitoring. We see that you have good knowledge of English and Swedish (not mandatory) and are good at expressing yourself in both speech and writing.
