Now we are looking for a DevOps profile to join the Platform & Development unit in Stockholm. You will have a central role in building our new future hosting, but maybe more important accelerate our DevOps culture.
In this role, you'll work with and enable the full stack of solutions such as the core dbs, crawlers, APIs and our clients. You will also work in close cooperation with the other teams and units based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo & Warsaw.
As a member in this infrastructure-centric part of the organisation, strong technical skills and a solid background within operations and development are a must. Developing and growing together with experienced engineers in the team is your passion. Your primary responsibilities are to develop and operate the awesome services which powers Eniro and to your team: ensuring that we are growing as engineers, doing valuable work and generally having a great time. But you'll also have plenty of opportunity to work within the larger organization, in different challenging projects.
Today we host our services in a on-prem and cloud based blend. You will be the key player of designing the future hosting together with our partners, we're about to take the next step.
What you'll do You will be a member of the Partner operations team which today operates both on-prem and cloud based solutions which includes physical, vmware, and OpenShift. Incubate the projects and development teams, provide them with the tools, guidance and resources to launch the future solutions of Eniro. Build the future, you will be expected to have a central role on building the new hosting solution and operations team. Advocate and accelerate devOps culture in the development teams. You will report to Head of Platform & Development and to the partner operations teamleader.
Who you are If Linux and on-prem was your kindergarten, things like cloud sourced ops; Heroku, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, SaaS are today your backyard. Communication is in your nature, slack, hangout, I.R.L. (face-to-face) you do it all. Automate, automate, automate Security, wouldn't miss out on it so it's by design. You are knowledgeable and passionate about web and mobile development technologies and are familiar with the challenges of Machine Learning, Big data platforms with high demands for availability and performance. You love developing and growing as person, and even better, together with others. You like the freedom and responsibility we have in the teams to take all decisions, from the solution architecture and operations as well as the business and product development. You're an informal leader whom can motivate and drive development and build culture. You have long experience from working in agile development environment and DevOps culture.
