As a Device Engineer you will work in a small team, where each day will look different. Some days you will be out testing specific radio features while others you will be in the office troubleshooting complex device issues. As an extra bonus you will have the privilege to see all new devices and features before they are launched on the market. Working with device integration you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the customer's experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Device Integration team, you will be responsible of securing that all devices (phones, routers, modems and wearables) work seamless despite which network the device is connected to and that all new software updates work according to Tele2 standards.
You will work closely with all the major device vendors when it comes to testing new devices, testing new software and troubleshooting. You will also be the connection between the vendor and Tele2's technical Radio and Core teams.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
An interest in technology and the ability to fast understand and keep up with new products/technologies/functions.
Good knowledge in TCP/IP and/or in Radio Access Networks.
Good at prioritizing incoming tasks and to take own decisions.
Solid planning and communication skills.
Driver's license.
Fluency knowledge in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Swedish is meritorious.
