We need two additional development team leaders to guide and to work with the brilliant people who develop our real-time clearing solutions. We are looking for you who have experience with object-oriented system development and a passion for people, technology, and teamwork; who enjoy coaching and supporting other developers; and who will take a leading role in continuously improving the way we work.

Main responsibilities
The development line organization in Stockholm is divided into teams based on competence areas, where we share knowledge and work to continuously improve the skills we apply in our development projects.
As a development team leader, you are responsible for:
• Participating in the team of leaders that oversees the personnel working with development projects in Stockholm and setting the direction and strategy for continuously improving the way we work
• Serving as a line manager that motivates and drives the performance of a team of around ten developers by guiding and coaching them to strengthen their skills and knowledge
• Driving knowledge-sharing initiatives and improving how we work with development in general, with a special focus on the challenges within the clearing business domain
You will also be working part of the time as a developer in a cross-functional project team.

Previous experience and qualifications
• You have experience from working as a developer and have an excellent understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
• You have a degree in computer science, financial mathematics, physics, or similar disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• You have experience from managing a team, for example as tech lead or project manager.
