hela Sverige TNG IT is now looking for an experienced developer with managing skills to Neonet Securites's core development team in Stockholm. We are looking for an inspiring and quality-oriented team leader who can manage and develop the team responsible for the trading platform. This is the opportunity for you with some years of experience from a similar position to become a part of an international company that provides executions services to clients in more than 20 countries. About Neonet
Neonet is an execution service provider that offers independent, flexible and transparent execution services, which significantly reduce the cost of trading for users. All trades are executed on regulated markets and Neonet does not engage in proprietary trading or any other financial activity that could result in any potential conflicts of interest. Neonet serves clients in over 20 countries.
About the position
As a team leader you will work hands-on developing the trading platform which is the core of Neonet's business. As a team leader you are expected to initiate improvements and bring in new ideas to your team. Your goal is to create a high-performance team with a good team-spirit and give them the conditions needed to be successful.
As a team leader you will manage and coordinate a smaller developing team and function as a link between the team and the business. As the role also has a strategic responsibility you are expected to take a holistic perspective and include different views in your decision making.
As a leader you have great communication skills. You have the ability to manage and develop you employees by challenging them to apply a business-oriented way of thinking.

Your qualifications
You have several years of experience developing in C++ and we believe that you have knowledge in other programming languages as well. You thrive in a role where you get the opportunity to lead both yourself and your team towards new goals. You are used to working with agile methods and it's preferable if you have been working in larger production environments with critical business systems.
To be successful in this position you are self-driven, thinking proactivly and business oriented. You are passionate about development and you like to be up-to-date in your area of competence.
Personality-wise you are inspiring and a driven team player who like to take the lead and initiate new ideas. You have the ability to concretize requirements and take a holistic perspective without losing focus on the details.
