About the role
As a Development Team Lead at Clas Ohlson, you will be responsible for a team with about 15 developers, DevOps engineers and testers that reports to you but works in our different Agile teams. You will take on a key role in our department that delivers digital value within the supply, product & vendor and retail planning areas at our office at Clas Ohlson in Insjön. You will be key in establishing our technical philosophy and vision, from coding principles to quality mindset and future proofing what is built, making sure to be in alignment with strategies, architecture plans and business needs. Since your employees daily work will be performed in our different Agile teams lead by Scrum Masters or similar we also see that this role will include other parts such as partly being a Scrum Master, Architect, Developer, DevOps engineer or what suits you and us best depending on your personal skills and interests. The main focus will however be on the team lead part.
About you
You are a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in people, coaching, Agile ways of working, software engineering and creating the best possible conditions for valuable and efficient deliveries. You have previous working experience as a software development team leader, tech lead, Scrum master or equivalent with proven ability to establish principles and structure that enable a team to shine and continuously improve. You also have:
• Extensive skills in either system development, DevOps engineering, Testing or other relevant technical area.
• Experience from agile processes, preferably SAFe
• A genuine interest in managing teams and coaching individuals
• Excellent communication skills
Relevant education from a university or college such as BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field is desirable. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English and Swedish.
