As a Team Lead of the High Performing Team, you will focus on guiding and coaching the team, motivate and inspire the team in striving for the Betsson visions while being attentive of the attitudes and behaviors of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Fostering team ownership
• Inspire innovation, by together with the team making sure the right prerequisites are at hand
• Take an active part in the team's daily sprint work and deliver quality software (both new development and maintenance)
• Together with your team take ownership of your product and make sure it is always state of the art from a functional and technical perspective
• Continuously seek to improve both product and ways of working in the team in order to reach High Performing Team
• Ensure the team is available for tech support 24/7
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and collaboration
• Actively initiate communication within the team and with other teams
• Bring in new innovative ideas to the team (technology, features or ways of working)
You have a relevant qualification in IT.
You have experience and interest in Agile methodologies, and Agile testing experience is an advantage.
You have experience with High performance, High throughput, and/or high availability systems.
