Job Description
We are looking for a new team member to join our team in the office in Stockholm. You will be taking on the role as a Development Support Specialist assisting our partners around the globe with technical support question and complex debugging. Your goal is to ensure that both existing and new integrations and customizations work according to expectations. Your main responsibility will however be to uphold, maintain and further develop the internal statistics system so that it meets outlined requirements.
Qualifications
You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience from developing EPiServers internal statistics system. Further its vital that you understand EPiServer business model to its fullest extent to be able to implement metrics according to new requirements.
We are looking for someone with Microsoft .NET development experience including .NET, C#, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008. You should also have a good understanding of markup and schema languages such as XHTML, XML, and CSS and also be familiar with IIS and Active Directory. Previous knowledge of EPiServer CMS, Commerce, Relate and Create is requirement.
Other Requirements:
• 2 Years of Experience Developing EPiServers internal statistics system for ITSM
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
• Deep knowledge about EPiserver Developer Support's internal processes
• Deep knowledge about EPiServers bug and hotfix processes
• Knowledge about developing with EPiServer Mobile Pack
• Great skills in writing SQL procedures, debugging SQL Server
• Be able to create memory dumps and use them while searching for errors
Required Work Related Experience:
• 2 years of experience of developing EPiServer Developer Support's statistic system
• 3+ years of experience developing with EPiServer CMS, both version 5 and 6
• 3+ years of experience developing EPiServer Community
• 3+ years of experience leading an EPiServer Support team
Background:
You have a university degree in computer engineering (software development) and have been working with EPiServer's products for more than 3 year
