We are looking for an experienced Development Process Manager to join our Anybus Development team with a passionate interest in improving product development.
You are a generalist rather than a specialist with at least 3 years of project management experience from different product development areas including SW, electronics, mechanics, and technical information.
You are a driven person, passionate about improving overall performance by optimizing processes, motivated by learning new things and serving a development department with tools and processes.
Efficiency and effectiveness are guiding stars for your work. You thrive when you communicate with many parts of the organization and get deep satisfaction from finding and implementing optimal solutions.
You have a relevant education and at least 5 years of professional experience within the product development field.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll report to the Development Director and collaborate with many teams with specific skills like project management, embedded SW, electronics, mechanics, user interface, technical information etc. Certification of the development process according to industry standards is within your responsibility.
Example of your work tasks:
• Identify and implement improvements to our ways of working
• Help and guide and educate colleagues working according to the development process
• Evaluate and implement new development tools
• Manage certifications of the process according to standards, like ISO9001, ISO14001, IEC62443
• Participate in both internal and external audits of the development process
• Participate in project start-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support development projects in steering groups and process gates
• Define metrics to measure process improvement and performance
Meriting experiences and skills:
• Project management certificate
• Agile project management
• Scrum
• Jira
• Configuration Management tools
• Requirement Management tool
• Product Data Management system
