Caverion Wind Power Business Area was established 2022 after Caverion acquired Finnish company Wind Controller. There are 50 professionals working in Finland with industrial scale wind and solar energy services. The Business Area consists of 3 business units: Operations, Special Maintenance and Inspections.
We are now looking for a Development Manager to take responsibility of our growing activities in Sweden. Development Manager will start developing and growing our business and team in Sweden. You will get a flying start since we have been providing our services in Sweden for several years already.
Main tasks for the Development Manager will be:
• Building a customer network within renewable energy industry in Sweden
• Actively communicating with our customers
• Developing a service portfolio in Sweden
• Building a competent team for providing the services
• Managing profitable growth of our business
You will be working as an important part of the Wind Power Business Area together with your colleagues in Finland. You will also work closely with the regional organisation in Sweden to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
In order to succeed in this task you would need to have these skills:
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• If you would speak also Finnish it would be nice, but this is not a must
• Experience on wind energy business is highly valued
• Experience on working at customer interface
• Team leader experience
• Technical education
• Solution oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel
To summarize, we are looking for someone, who cooperates fluently with both internal and external stakeholders and is passionate for developing our activities and business in Sweden. Your office can be in any of the Caverion locations in Sweden.
