Kambi currently has approximately 600 employees in Malta, Manila, London, Bucharest, Tallinn, Sydney and Stockholm. Kambi is currently looking for a Development Manager. It is a great opportunity for someone to join a fast-growing, international (and brilliant) team that works with the latest technology.
About the role
As the Development Manager at Kambi you will be responsible for Trader, one of the five value-creating streams. Your team consists of three to four Development Leads who each are responsible for two to four self-organising, agile teams. Kambi is growing and they are looking for a strong agile leader who will focus on the big picture. The leader should possess great communication skills and a keen eye to identify ways of optimizing business processes and structures. You will be reporting to the CIO and will be a part of the Product Development management team.
The role is located in Stockholm but the team is based in Stockholm, Manilla, Malta and Bucharest, so some traveling will be required.

About you
It is important that you have previous experience in coaching and managing people, as well as an interest in working in an environment where open and direct communication is common.
Qualifications
Has worked several years with development teams in agile environments.
Has a very strong understanding of the principles of agile and lean software development.
Understands group dynamics and has a good grasp on how to help teams transition from one phase to the next.
Has worked as a developer or tester before venturing into leadership.
Experience of transaction-intensive systems that require high availability and stability.
Very good English, both spoken and in writing.
