Job Description
We are recruiting an Architecture Development Manager to bolster architecture leadership at IKEA by introducing a team level. Your role involves collaborating with the manager and peers to enhance architecture strategy and roadmaps at IKEA. You'll lead and develop the IKEA Supply Architecture team within the Supply Data & Technology department, reporting to the Core Business Supply Architecture Manager.
Your responsibilities include constantly refining IKEA's architecture strategy and roadmaps and guiding the Supply Architecture team. In this position you will design technology landscapes aligning with IKEA's business goals, leveraging existing platforms for transformation, and developing roadmaps, conceptual solutions, guidelines, and standards. Implementing these plans is also part of my duties.
A key aspect of the role is identifying new technologies crucial for IKEA's expansion and future-proofing. I will focus on digital solutions vital to IKEA's evolution into an omni-channel retailer. Your role is central in ensuring IKEA's architecture strategy is progressive and aligned with the company's transformation.
Specifically, you will:
* Lead and collaborate across IKEA to strengthen the franchise offer.
* Frame architecture for IKEA Supply initiatives.
* Define and align architecture vision, principles, and guidelines for IKEA Supply with stakeholders.
* Maintain up-to-date architecture artifacts.
* Manage the IKEA Supply Enterprise Architects team, focusing on competence and performance.
* Develop the Enterprise Architecture discipline, integrating architecture into development teams and supporting digital transformation.
* Share responsibility for the Inter IKEA Architecture Roadmap and cross-domain architecture scrums to address strategic questions and improve business and technology blueprints.
