You as a humble rebel @ Fyndiq will:

• Be the people manager for all our tech teams, leading both their individual development as well as the teams.
• Align the tech teams in visionary and strategic work
• Improve development process and practices
• Make sure we have the skills needed to move towards our vision, includes both development of the people and adding new talents to the team
• Be responsible for budgeting, salary and securing capacity

So, pack your bags with:

• Team lead experience with personnel responsibility
• Your agile mindset and leadership skills
• Technical knowledge within development/devops
• Experience of tools and processes within development such as CI/CD and testing

As the manager of all our tech teams, you'll get the chance to work with a wide range of different talents within frontend, backend, app and devops. You'll also work close to our CTO , Architect and Agile Coach. We work in cross functional self organizing teams and together with the company, you'll be part of building the world's best bargain superstore!
