Who are you?As a Development lead you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive our experienced team in a great way and keep the team spirit. You are an experienced project manager with proven record as an agile scrum master.
The right candidate is self-motivated and will easily network across business functions in an international and cross-cultural environment, working in line with our drivers: Action, Interaction and Satisfaction.
You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, can effectively prioritize and execute tasks. You build trust, by clear communication with no prestige.
About the jobWithin this position you will take on the roles as agile development lead for the template development for our global roll-out of MS Dynamics/D365. You will set the sprint plan according to requirements and deliver accordingly. You will also act as agile coach for our development team. Main tasks Drive the template development including build, maintain and priorities the product backlog of requirements Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning & sprint reviews. Lead and coordinate internal and external resources. Be part of the Program Management Office that leads the program.
What you know
Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager and proven record as agile scrum master, knowledge of processes and supporting tools
Experience as developer and/or solution architect is preferable
High knowledge of template development, preferable of ERP system and MS Dynamics/D365
Experience of cloud solutions is an advantage.
You have a Master degree from computer science and engineering or similar. Fluent in English.
