Your future responsibilities
As a Development Lead, you'll take part in building a data warehouse to serve as a common data repository for business data, fulfilling the analytical and reporting needs of Treasury over time. You will also lead one of our development scrum teams and work closely with the business to gather requirements.
In TALM (Treasury Asset and Liability Management) IT Solutions, we support our business partners with sustainable IT solutions and effective IT services for development and maintenance. The solutions are mainly supporting the trading process, risk and compliance reporting, liquidity risk management, market risk management and funds transfer pricing.
What you'll be doing:
Ensure you and your team delivers high quality code Assist with internal / external communication to improve transparency Understanding the business and clearly defining system requirements based on business requirements Participating in the business requirements process and testing process with an IT solution perspective Engaging and developing project team members in understanding the strategic and business rationale for the requirements and for the solution Facilitating the collaboration between development team and other stakeholders

Your background:
3 years of experience on Banking Data warehousing projects using Teradata in an agile environment as a Development Lead/Tech lead Expert Teradata knowledge and experience in developing and deploying Data Warehouse solutions Very good knowledge of Data Integration and ETL methodologies and best practices A high degree of relevant business understanding, particularly in analysis of real world business problems, and a background within banking Professional skills in written and spoken English
