Collaborate with other development teams, Product Owners, QA and Operations to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration
Contribute in the team as a senior developer
Continuously inspire and develop your team of engineers
Evangelize best engineering practices across the engineering team
Play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions
YOUR PROFILE
You have 5+ years of solid .NET and MS SQL experience.
You have experience of developing and running a backend with high volumes of transactions
You have a good understanding of modern engineering practices when it comes to develop high quality, maintainable code
You think that Continuous Delivery is great and believe that automated testing is critical to achieve that
You know what it takes to build a team of 2-4 developers, and understand your role as a leader. Leading a team to solve complex technical problems while achieving their full potential motivates you.
You bring energy, positivity and drive to the teams you work with
You enjoy driving design discussions, assessing technical alternatives, establishing best practices and mentoring others
You are structured and have great communication skills
BONUS
You have worked with AWS or other Cloud provider and know how to deploy, run and monitor web services.
You have telecom experience
You have some Linux experience
