Temporary Position
Do you want to take part in the development of the Tetra Recart packaging material?
We are looking for a Development Engineer to the Package & Packaging Material Laboratory team in Tetra Recart. Your task will be to develop test methods to be used in our converting factories and packaging material development projects. You will get the possibility to work in an explorative and creative way, from idea to verification, finding new and improving existing test methods. That includes scouting, contacts with equipment suppliers, equipment testing, standardisation and verification.
The position is a temporary position for one year due to parental leave and is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Drive development of new test methods and improvements.
• Industrialise methods in order for our converting factories to use them.
• Specify and purchase test tools and equipment.
• Work cross-functional in the organization to deliver methods at the right quality level.
• Participate in projects with the responsibility of test method development.
• Write test instructions and conduct internal trainings.
Qualifications
Your biggest assets in this role will be your creativity and your strong analytical skills. You possess excellent communication skills, having the ability to present and train and share your knowledge. In your work, you are well-organised and structured.
To be successful, you hold a university degree in Engineering combined with experience of test method development.
Your English skills are excellent, written and spoken. Should you have skills in French it is meriting.
