The mission of the Prepress & Printing group within Supply Chain Operations Industrial Base Performance (SCO-IBP) is to continuously manage our Industrial Base, strengthening the capabilities while securing our position as the lowest cost producer. This includes developing and deploying solutions to increase quality, reliability, flexibility and productivity for our full graphic chain from digital file to printed packaging material.
Prepress & Printing is the group in SCO-IBP covering Repro, Pre-Press and Printing, responsible for managing the equipment and specifications as well as the overall performance. In doing so we work with various stakeholders to develop solutions, improving performance or adding new capabilities or products.
We are now looking for someone with experience and knowledge in the area of Digital Prepress. Colour management, repro and repro systems (ESKO), Adobe SW, plate exposure and proofing are the main areas you will work with, contributing to the management of this expanding area of the graphics chain.
You will report to the Development Manager for Prepress & Printing.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and will require travelling up to 25%.

• Develop innovative solutions based on the requirements.
• Analyze design, verify and validate in accordance with our global working processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have a strong personal drive with the ability to meet set targets and You have a passion for Prepress technology and development activities. It's key that you have a creative mind with a strong interest of analyzing technical challenges and come up with innovative solutions. You are a passionate team player and realize the importance of sharing your knowledge within the team. Communication skills and the ability to adjust to different people and cultures are important as you will be working cross functional with different projects and nationalities.
You have a university degree in Prepress technology or extensive work experience in the area.
Your English skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
