The Factory Design & Logistics department within Development & Engineering / Packaging Material is responsible for designing world class factories including internal logistics enabling competitive packaging material production, around the world.
We need to strengthen our team with a Development Engineer with strong knowledge in internal logistic. You will be based in Lund - Sweden, working globally with about 10-20 % travelling time.
Main responsibilities
• Active participation in creation of our "internal logistic long term development plan"
• Active participation in execution of the development plan
• Product ownership / Specification management
• Drive implementation projects

You have an organised and structured work style with a proactive thinking. Furthermore you are a team player who realizes the importance of sharing your knowledge with others as well as you have great analytical skills. Communication skills and the ability to adjust to different people and cultures are important as you will be working cross functional with different projects and nationalities.
Preferably you have a Master of Science in Engineering combined with experience from logistic improvement work. It's a merit if you have experience from project management, simulation systems, World Class Manufacturing methods or similar. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and we appreciate if you also speak additional languages.
