The Cable Harness Design group is responsible for all electrical diagrams and wiring for the basic truck electrical system and development of the wiring method. We are also responsible for making all wiring adaptations for special order vehicles.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for designing the electrical diagram and producing the basic drawings for production of the truck wiring looms. An important part of the work is quality control of the design before it enters production.
The work is largely cross-functional in project form with many contact areas, and the area of responsibility extends over the entire truck. As a development engineer within the Cable Harness Design group, you will have the opportunity to acquire a broad knowledge of trucks, as the work entails substantial contact with production and other construction groups.
Your profile
You will be an engineer in the field of electrics or mechanics. Some years of experience within product development is an advantage. Important qualities are computer-awareness, drive and a meticulous approach.
