Description
Are you passionate about developing cutting edge technology and want to be a part of a team responsible for Sealing Technologies?
You will be a part of the Sealing System organisation that has the technology
ownership of sealing systems & sealing quality at Tetra Pak.
Sealing Technologies support technology development projects, maintain sealing systems still in production, drive and support issue resolution and deliver solutions to support platforms in product development projects. Another important assignment within the role is to scout and develop new technologies.
You are expected to take an active role being the voice of Sealing Technology within the organisation.
Main responsibilities
• Develop innovative solutions based on technical specifications in the relevant competence area
• Translate market, cost and technical requirements into technical specifications
• Advise the organization on specific technical subjects, current solutions and project timelines
• Component ownership and development
• Build, maintain and drive development with external partners
Qualifications
We are looking for an innovative new colleague with a strong technical interest. You have a creative as well as an analytical mindset, and enjoy developing and deepening your technical expertise. To be successful in this role you have understanding of multiple physical fields. You drive for result and push yourself and others to meet deadlines. Further you have analytical skills and knowledge in statistics. Preferably you have work experience within the field of sealing technology.
You have a clear communication style and understand the importance of sharing information. As a part of a team you are open and collaborative.
Your educational background is a Masters degree in Engineering e.g. Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
