hela Sverige Distrupol Nordic AB are looking for a Development Engineer who will forge close working relationships with customers, supplier and OEM's and be a pivotal resource for growth within the business. As a Development Engineer, you will support the Nordic sales team by responding to customer demands around product design, material selection, tool design and process optimization. As a Development Engineer, you'll become integrated with key suppliers, understand their strategies and promote their products in new applications and markets. You will need to generate and manage project through to commercialization and will also be an active contributor to Distrupol's marketing activities, training programs (Internal & external) and trade shows
Preferably, you'll be based in Sweden (with frequent travel to both Norway and Finland), where you'll spend the greater part of the week visiting customers and end users. You will be reporting to Commercial Director Europe.

Publiceringsdatum2012-12-04KvalifikationerWe are looking for candidates who have extensive knowledge of plastic materials and/or processes You have a relevant technical training at a university or college level and you have at least 5 years work experience from the plastic industry, or from a related technical field. We regard it as an advantage if you have experience from or knowledge of plastic molding and/or plastic extrusion. You master both Swedish and English in speech and writing. You have a valid driver's license.
As a person you are organized, driven and have a focus on quality. You are innovative and creative in managing projects and finding new business opportunities. You have excellent social and communications skills and a commercial interest. We emphasize personality and you are preferably an outgoing team player with a humble mindset.
